Getting her back on the road

Post by 330clubsport »

Hi all

I am looking for some advice regarding my MK2 MR2 which is currently in my garage and has been stored for the past few years. I want to get it back up and running but it no longer starts so not sure if I should take it to Toyota and trust them or try and find a specialist (around the Glasgow/Edinburgh area). Which option would you recommend and if the latter then any tips on who.

I have owned it from new since 1990 and it was serviced regularly until I took it off the road so want the best so I can use it again!!

Many thanks in advance

100% your going to be better off taking it to a trusted specialist with good reviews.

Toyota themselves probably don't even have anyone who's worked on these cars, so won't know the tips and tricks and treating them how they should be treated.

Thanks oVerboost

That was my thinking - now to find a specialist!
