Think it's a modified rev 1/2 unit as it has had the mounting holes on either end worked to fit the rev 3 head bolt pattern.

Upon some information from someone who maybe knows a bit more than me it appears this might not work on a rev 3 despite having the bolt holes modified.
Can anyone confirm or deny this please?

I think the ports won't align on a Rev 3 head. That looks like a Rev 2 manifold. What side is the throttle body flange?

I think it needs a few of the bolt holes welded up and redrilled correctly. I don't have a spare head to try it against though.
For someone who can weld aluminium it will be an easy fix.
