fans blow hot

Hi all.

I have a weird problem. My fans either blow boiling hot, hot, or warm. When i slide the slider all the way to the left to get cold air it still blows warm. Anyone know what this problem could be?

I have done a search and all i can find is people having the opposite problem lol.

Go to the frunk, remove spare wheel and plastics behind and look at the pipe on the left with the cable operating the valve. Check that the cable operates it fully both ways. Open and closed. Could be the cable isn't closing it fully or the valve is knackered.
