Mr2 mk2 3sge rev 2 icvs wiring block problems! Help!

Post by caldridge7 »

Hey guys,

I just fitted another throttle body with a idle control valve I'm the hope to fix my idle problem and when I out my foot on the clutch it would sometimes die.

I'm now believing that the wiring block to the icvs is at fault how would I be able to test if it's faulty

Regards

Charlie

Find a wiring diagram find the other end of the pins and continuity test between both ends.

The car lilely won't start whilst your doing the test as id guess the iscv signals come from at leaat one of the ecu plugs so if that's unplugged the car won't be starting.

Your just using a meter to check theres no breaks in the wiring from their source to the iscv
