That is exactly what I'm doing, I'm giving him a full refund and paying for the return postage.It's just annoying that it's caused hassle to someone else.
Also annoying that I paid good money for something that doesn't work!

if you paid via paypal and it was less than 60 days ago then lodge a paypal claim, don't waste your own money trying to get it fixed

It sucks that there are people like that out there.
I'm not one to mess someone about which is why I've tried to rectify the problem and am more than happy to refund the guy
