Winding back rev 5 clocks

Im looking at getting some Rev 5 clocks for my Turbo however the ones im looking at has mileage exceeding what my car has actually done.

So I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to wind these back to bring back in line with the mileage of my car?

(Now I understand this may be something that you dont want out there on the board so id be appreciative if anyone who has any information would pm me)
