HELP Automatic Conversion Has Anyone Ever Done This

Due to my ongoing knee problems I have been looking at removing the E153 gearbox from my 3sge powered rev1 and converting it to an auto, but after stripping a rev3 auto I have found the auto has different
Dash and footwell loom
Body loom
Engine Loom & ECU
Even different rear light looms
I am wondering if anyone has any ideas or knowledge on the subject please ?

I have all these looms from a rev3 auto but am wondering if the rev1 auto had cable speedo or not?
