Hi all,

I'm selling my stepped lip 17" WORK Equips with Michelin Pilot Sport 3 tyres. I had these refurbished earlier this year and have been on the car around 4 months.

Centre caps are included however one is damaged slightly, see photo. You could probably seal it in no bother but not 100% sure, I ran without them as I preferred the look but definitely a bonus to have them present.

Rebuild consisted of:

- Faces, barrels and centre caps powder coated in satin silver.
- Lips mirror polished.
- 128 new WORK M8 bolts.
- 128 new stainless serrated nuts.
- 4 new valves.
- 4 new valve caps.
- Built and sealed.
- Wheels balanced.
- Tyres fitted.

Front - 17x8 ET40

Rear - 17x9 ET22

The lips have no kerb marks, one has a slight ding and the polisher tried to take the eye of it as much as possible so is barely visible. As these wheels have been used since refurbishment there are a few pit mark on the inside of the lips and stubborn dirt around the bolts but again are hardly noticeable.

Wheels are straight, no buckles cracks or previous repairs.

No leaks.

Front - Michelin Pilot Sport 3 (215/40/17) 5mm from markers.

Rear - Michelin Pilot Sport 3 (245/40/17) 4mm from markers.

These tyres are rated A in the wet and absolutely fantastic in both dry and wet conditions. Even wear on all 4.

did you have to get the arches rolled to stop rubbing?

Must have done, depending on ride height - my 17x8 ET31 rear rub pretty badly, these are wider with a lower offset.

Just for reference, this is my 17x9 ET38 with the same tyre size as fitted to wikiz 17x9 ET22 (245/40/17):



17x9 ET22 will defo need an arch roll.

Of course depends on ride height as well but I've run 17x9 et 35 on the rear with a 245/40 profile before and Eibach camber bolts just tucked the tyre in enough to prevent MOST rubbing (-1.75 deg supposedly). That was on -30mm springs iirc

Just thought in case it was a close call camber bolts can just do the trick - they also made the car feel a lot more stable on uneven roads!

this is my 9j x 17 et22 with 235/40/17 tyre arches had to be rolled but on coilovers and low




but imo fit the arch absolutly perfectly 245 tyre will be even better

Price amended, £1250 for wheels and tyres, firm.

To fit these you will need to have your rear arches rolled and trim both the weather strips and rear bumper slightly on the inside to ensure no rubbing.

Up front either a 3mm or 5mm spacer will be required to clear coilovers.

I ran standard camber on the rear with these also.

There is a little fettling to get these to work but to be honest it is worth it in my opinion as they look spot on.
