A friends breaking a celica 3sgte st185 and has a mines ecu my question is would it go on my car which is a 3sgte rev 3 st205?
Can you map the ecu?
How much are they worth?

As above, st185 has an air flow meter, 205 doesn't, 440cc injectors 205 has 540s.
Not remappable at all, worth quite a bit of money though

ST185 will be a Rev 2 and would work well with the 185 or 205 charge cooler and pump fitted on a MR2

personally I think they're not remotely worth the money because you have little-to-no idea what modifications have actually happened to the ECU.
But people seem to like the plug-and-play JDM points
