As Paul said some delimiters,

Frankly I'm stumped.

You're not far from Pacific Works, I'd give Luke a ring

The delimiter can be set to carry out a self test each time the ignition is switched on, the Speedo needle will sweep to 120, drop to 60 and then to the rest.
The self test can be switched off and on by moving the selector switch to the opposite position and back with the ignition on.
Test by switching off the ignition and switching on again.

These clocks might be available in the near future as not sure what I am doing

I would assume it would but could well be wrong.

When when O/D is off the light green wire from selector to dash and to 22pin plug at ecu has 12v
When Manual is selected the Blue/White wire from selector to dash and to 22pin plug at ecu has 12v
When PWR is selected the Blue/Red wire from selector to dash and to 22pin plug at ecu has 12v

I did the test, the O/D off(light green wire) doesn't get a 12v current.
Even selected doesn't get a current.

When O/D is off there is 12v which illuminates the light but when it's on there is no current. The light green wire is found at the front of the shifter in a group of four wires two blue which appear to be earth and two green
