door rub strip fixing

As per title,
Do the rub strips on the doors have any clips to fix them on in a specific position, or are they just taped? mine has started catching the wing when opening the door at the front, just want to relocate it couple of mm farther back?

Strong, double sided tape.

Doesn't need re-locating - wants bonding tight against the door at the front.

can you recommend a tape for the door and wing strips please. mine are falling apart.
