I have googled and searched and read loads but ideally I need real world info, what is everyone using in theirs? I don't want an on off switch as the car will be used daily but at the same time I will be doing the odd trip to the track/strip so need something that can take the abuse.

had a quick nosey at twin plate stuff, loads of companies do them
anyone had any experience with particular brands? Is the OS one the only twin plate that can be compared to stock etc?
ACT 6puk rated for 500hp will destroy your left leg in traffic also a grabby thing that requires higher revs means its not a particularly nice thing to use unless you're on the right road with little traffic. Low cost clutch options for high power applications don't really work out well for everyday use. I'd go twin plate.

thanks for the input mate, going by what you've said it does sound like I'm going to have to shell out for a twin plate, I do a lot of miles in the mr2 so having a dead left leg constantly really doesn't appeal to me at all
