[Mk2] [Turbo] identify mystery JDM modified ECU

Post by C35Rob »

Hi,

I've just came across this in japan, it's a modified oem ECU, similar to blitz access, sard analyse etc but I can't find out who made/modified it

Image

unfortunately the sticker/plaque has been removed from the outer casing
(assuming there was one)

it's definitely not a SARD

where the daughter board is totally different

I can't find internal pics of a Mines ecu to compare..

the closest I can see is the blitz access

which clearly connects in the same way, but the board is different

anyone care to enlighten me?

Cheers

The image above shows the 'Blitz' logo and the gold 'Access' label.

thanks, i'm very much aware of that.. that one is a blitz one, the pics were for reference as it is hooked up in the same way as mine, but clearly mine does not have the blitz branding.

Blitz is the only kind I've seen that uses that white gunk stuff.

It's an earlier version of the Blitz Access, compare with http://www.ebay.ie/itm/BLITZ-Access-Ecu ... 0847755626

Excellent, thanks! I thought it was a Blitz, now just need to get some replacement stickers made up for it

Rob,

If you find someone to make up some replacement stickers, would you see if they can make up some replacement SARD Analyze stickers? I would like to have them for my SARD ECU.

Thanks

Hi,

I think it would be prohibitively expensive to order stickers from the uk, if you can find a good hi res pic of the sard logo online anyone with a vinyl cutter/printer can replicate it.

like this?

That one is a metal badge. If someone has one or can make something similar to that, then that would be great! But, I was referring to the smaller stickers that go on the side, similar to this:

should be pretty easy for someone with a vinyl sticker maker to scan the writing and print it onto some silver vinyl
