Didn't go out and do anything on it today because of the weather, however I managed to uncoil all the wiring yesterday and I am pretty certain I found my problem!
Im reckoning my wiring is probably beyond repair but going to attempt to fix it the next dry day we get
There was a couple of broken wires (one being a thick power wire that runs to the power in the fuse box!) and a few wires that looked really gammy and some that looked asif they have been bodged up in the past with a bit of insulation tape holding them together!
Really hope I can get it started by just replacing the knackered bits of wiring. If it still doesn't want to go then I will stick a post up and hopefully somebody local would be able to test my ecu in there car to see if its still working fine, and if it is then I will get a new wiring harness ordered
