weight loss...

Post by pistol pete »

Well my car is no longer a road car at all..
It is purely a track car, mainly for thde toyota sprint series..
After winning Street class this year i am going to move up to pro class...

this means i can strip weight.. there is no minimum weight..

Its a rev 5 na uk car. no air con
Already havea LSD gearbox going in, ally rad and fans, passenger seat out, power spacer, HKS manifold.

So where can i loose weight..

considering cutting panels from behind the rad and cutting scoop into the bonnet..

Any ideas where to get perspex mr2 windows??

go on throw your ideas forward..

Yeah- they're finished and ready to install, you have to choose what style door windows you want, and the thickness you want as well.

I think you just opt for thicker plastic to stop them flapping :thumleft:

Hi Pete, my brother has them on his AW11 track car. when he fitted them, he angled them so they press against the seal tight. they dont move even when he takes out the T bar panels. Mike
