Still looking for a Rev3+ Turbo and saw the advert below...

Anyone know this car or had any experience with the trader?
(not keen on the wheels, but wheels are easy to change)

Full leather seats too, that's a UK only option right?

But all these things can be added by an owner.

Of course, the bumper just rings alarm bells.

I switched to a UK front plate after spanking the car and having Pete rebuild it.

Hmm hadn't thought about that.. Is a good point you might just stick a uk front on as they would be easier to find..

So i'd look for creases in the front by lifting up the slam panel.

they look like seat covers rather than OEM though. I would deffo wonder about the bumper....I know people can change the plate holder but why? so easy just to screw a plate on without the holder :-k :-k

That makes no sence they are the same bumper lol

I think the UK plate looks nicer than the import. Plus the jap plate stops air flow to the rad.

Were the side repeaters on the wing on a Rev3 Turbo?

No, tobelerone indicators, which it has, plus side indicators which have been added.

UK number plate and leather seats are easy enough to stick in/on the car.

Love it how, just because it has a UK front number plate holder and leather seats, it's assumed to be a crashed car/UK car with turbo engine. #-o

GT-S badge on the boot lid, import tobelerone indicators, import center dash trim. rev 3 turbo. he swapped out the crappy cloth seats for full leather and stuck a UK plate holder on the front bumper.

some MOT testers say they are required, some don't notice, so it's a popular choice to stick some on :thumleft:

i think the problem is the holder, they usually come attached to a UK bumper, my tubby has a UK plate, no holder though, I can't understand why anyone would add the holder when a UK plate looks nicer without :-k

edit: also, UK seats are perforated. these don't look perforated. may just be the photos mind.

Then I'd find a new MOT tester.

A plate screwed to the bumper doesn't look half as tidy as a holder with plate.
