[MK2 T] What's the standard ride height ?

Anyone know what the standard ride heights are 'say' hub to wheel arch rim ?

I have adjustable suspension on my tubby and I have recently raised it because I kept grounding the Blitz flexi exhaust section, but I think I must be near standard height now #-o Time to dig out the C spanner ;)
