And the quality isn't as good as people bang on about,

The welds on the rear brackets are terrible quality

I had a brand new set fail on my n/s/r and I'm still battling with k300 over warranty to the point I've bought another set from a trader on here,

I had the same problem with one hose set. I rang Goodridge and had a replacment within days even before I had sent the damaged one back.

That's the difference between going back to the trader (normally useless) and contacting Goodridge direct. They are incredibly helpful when you go straight to them.

To the OP, I had do luck lines on my car, same as he HEL lines. I bolted a plate to the stock bolting locations, then drilled and tapped somewhere in the middle so I could bolt a p-clip in place. Use a proper stainless one with the rubber protector, it will hold the line nice and securely

The Rogue braided lines also include the mounting brackets.

Assuming you bought new from a dealer, the supplier is under obligation to replace. Then they sort out getting a replacement for themselves from Goodridge.

If you bought secondhand, then very few manufacturers offer a transferable warranty. And by buying secondhand, i presume you did not expect the same guarantee as someone who pays full price?

I have had nothing but 100% perfect service from Goodridge for 9 years+.

We get our lines made by Earls, Goodridge used to be their UK dealer but Earls then set up properly in the UK for themselves.

Not really sure if Earls still supply Goodridge but the fittings look the same to me!

HEL stuff is cheaper but they do things like use plastic line guides, or no line guides, scarey really as the brake lines are a car's achilles heal in my book.
