(slipping_clutch) is his E153 LSD gearbox suitable for all revisions of MR2 Turbo.The gearbox is a Rev1 box, rebuilt by 3S less than 3000 miles ago at a cost of
£500+. Synchro rings and oil seals were replaced as well as other parts, and it drove perfectly.As a Rev1 box, it had an open diff.
Ashley needed a speedo ring gear from an open diff to fit to his Quaife LSD. As they're no longer available from MrT, a deal was done - Rev1 speedo ring gear in exchange for LSD. Jeez, Martin drives a hard bargain! 
So gearbox was delivered to me.
I have removed the open diff, and fitted a Rev3 LSD. Matching side bearing outer races were also fitted, and the diff preload has been properly set.So it is now a perfect Rev1 LSD box.
Never available from Toyota.Simply bolt in with Rev2-5 driveshafts.
