Now that is the easy part, what size pipe work will you use, what pump, where will that go and how will you fill the system?

I was thinking about this following a post by Shinny in t'other place.
One almost as effective place to put a couple of CC rads would be at the back of the rear wheel arches. You could effectively box in a section to vent out of the back of the car. Obviously (?) You'd need mesh to protect the rads and have to clean them regularly.
This (although they used the rear of the front arches, which probably can't be vented anything like as well) was the solution adopted by AlliSport on PPC's Saab turbo powered Mk2 Escort. (May actually be seen tunning in the next couple of months, shock, horror.)
You'd get shorter (and easier) pipe runs, better venting, possibly a reduction in drag.
