Ok Ive removed the throttle body and taken off the AICV to clean up. I want to get the throttle body powder coated so need to remove all plastic parts. Everything off now apart form the the throttle cable sprung pulley (cant think how else to describe it).Has anyone removed this part before and able to shed some light on how its fixed on.
I have removed the retaining bolt and washer from the centre and looks like the plastic pulley should just slide off the central pivot shaft but does not want to budge? Had is soaking in PlusGas for a while too.Any bright ideas?
