Turbo blanket and KO Racing intake

My PTP turbo blanket arrived from the USA along with my KO Racing 3" inlet .

Removed the x brace hot pipe , O2 sensor and the heat shield to get to the turbo . Snapped one of the heat shield bolts and O2 bolts

Was a bit of a pain to fit but after an hour or so it was all on .

All done up and heat shield back on .

Old HKS intake removed ( for sale on Ebay )

And DEI heat tape on the pipe .

Next will be a trip to Surry Rolling Road on the 14/06/14 to check AFR and see what power she is making .

Awesome, I've been looking at those blankets. Are you using the CT20 turbo? Any idea's if that blanket would fit a CT26?

I would get a T3 one, that T25 one looks a bit small
Designer for turbo set ups on F1 cars, and Nitrous Oxide Systems of the USA in the 80s

Turbo says CT26 on it on the photo where the air filter has been removed.

Im running a CT26 hybrid on my rev 3 and the T25/T28 is what PTP said i need and it is a good fit .
