Well I hope this bloke sorts out what he should.

Paypal may have a short dispute period but the statute of limitations (time you can report an offence to police and they can prosecute) is much longer.

I've had promises and excuses. I've been more than accepting of the excuses. I am now running out of patience and If i don't recieve my refund within the next couple of days I shall be reporting the theft to the police.

I have to say every other purchase i've made on IMOC has been fantastic i've always recieved the item and you guys on here are amazing that's why i've been on here so long. It really saddens me that it just takes one person to ruin it.

I really hope Andy just refunds me as the hassle it will cause for such a small amount surely outweigh the gain.
