Just would like to know from experts(much as i value owner's inputs) if conrod are necessary and ARP head bolt are necessary.

The honest truth is that you don't need these until over 600whp.
If you are using a 3S block these are a complete waste of money because your block will crack before the stock main bolts even become a problem.
Also the
#5 main studs will not clear the stock oil pan.
Some people install just 1-4 and hope for the best.
Some people modify their stock pans and some people buy the Morosso pan.
