I'm in the process of getting part for my engine rebuild i have already
G4 ecu
forged pistons
ACL bearings
GT3076 .63
800cc side injectors 255 fuel pump
Just would like to know from experts (much as i value owner's inputs) if conrod are necessary and ARP head bolt are necessary.

The honest truth is that you don't need these until over 600whp. If you are using a 3S block these are a complete waste of money because your block will crack before the stock main bolts even become a problem. Also the #5 main studs will not clear the stock oil pan. Some people install just 1-4 and hope for the best. Some people modify their stock pans and some people buy the Morosso pan.

I think if a manufacturer selling a product makes a statement like that you already have your answer.

Re: Uprating conrods and ARP head bolts
If it was my engine I would use ARPs and forged rods, as would most folk building a 400+bhp 2l engine.
Although it is worth noting that the stock rods are supposed to be very strong, and capable of handling that power level. And, as you've already read- ATS think you don't need ARP mains. If you keep the stock rods, might be worth considering ARP rod bolts at a minimum?
Choices choices!!
EDIT: it's worth pointing out that ATS are talking about MAIN bearing bolts in the quote you've used, but you are asking about HEAD bolts....

Re: Uprating conrods and ARP head bolts
Aren't stock rods forged anyway?

Heat studs are better than bolts but you will need a new set of something

The stock rods are far better than any cheap made Chinese aftermarket rod.
You would have to pay £800 to £1300 or more for a correctly forged set of rods. All you need are ARP bolts and everything balanced including the stock flywheel, none of this light weight crap.

Yep getting ARP head studs. I'll leave the rods then my goal is 370 to 400bhp
However I really love the reliable of the car as it is now, so no need to push for number chasing
