The mk3 rear caliper fits the mk1 rears.
I was going to strip mine shortly once the car is at my new house, but i've just come across these.

£40 for a new or even recon caliper with a 2 yr warranty?
Am I misreading this?

Looks a good deal to me.
Most likely old stock they want rid of.

I'll have them then! Will cost about the same refurbing mine and takes away all the hassle of taking them apart!
Has anyone got a mk3 reg plate I can have as it asks for plate details to confirm it's right for the car...

The mk3 rear caliper fits the mk1 rears
Is this true? Tried to google it but couldn't find it.
Do they fit the same way as the front calipers from a ST185?
What about the discs? Can they be mounted also?
Thanks,
Frank

Yes mate they fit. Don't know about the discs though.
The only thing different to the mk1 calipers is that the nipple is on the other side.
