With also my limited knowledge

Link G3 upwards vs PFC - Link wins, it has many more options available it it like launch control, more advance timing all the benefits of late technology really.

Seen many high powered cars using PFC so there is nothing wrong with it and there are a lot more mappers for it. It also has a base rev 3+ already on it so idling and how your car runs in all conditions should be as if you have a standard ecu. The mapper just mappers for more power.

Like the guys are saying.. The Apexi PFC is a great bit of kit. Not to be shrugged at by any means. It is getting on a bit now with regards to extra features... It doesn't have any lol!

I have no experience with a link ECU myself so can't comment the same.. Although they are quite popular and have extras on them :)

Thanks for he help guys, i no the power fc are hard to come by these days, but also the link are alot of money but have great features, if my aim was to get around 330-340bhp would i be best going with the power fc, i already have converted my rev 1 turbo to a rev 3 head gasket, ct20b turbo, de cat, rev 3 managment, intercooler, hks exhaust and induction kit.

What do yo think?

Thanks

No one can answer that question for you.

First question for you to decide is whether you want the extra functions.

Second question for you to decide is how much you value those extra functions.

Then purchase accordingly.

If that is all the power you want just use a Rev 3 ecu with the right sensors and injectors.

How much power can the rev3 turbo and managment handle? I want a safe amount of power, but if i could get more then even better :D
I dont want to go forged just a good level of power but also safe.

Thanks

330-340hp is unrealistic with those mods.

At best you may crack 300hp after you've mapped with a link/powerFC assuming your running a rev1/2 head?

For the sake of gaining maybe 10-20hp, it's a lot to spend on an EMS.

If you'd had uprated injectors, bigger than stock turbo, likely more worth your while as you'd be much closer to your target hp goals.
