Hi guys and girls,
Has anyone made a guide or seen a guide for removing the turbo on a rev3?
It looks to be a bit of a pain to do, also what are the chances of braking / snapping head bolts in the process?

No guide needed. If you're capable of doing the job, just looking at the engine should reveal what needs to be removed.
Remove induction kit and hot pipe
Remove heatshield
Remove downpipe
Remove water pipe assembly
Remove any externally connected hoses from actuator
Remove oil feed/drain pipe assembly
Remove turbo from manifold
Shouldn't be going near any head bolts.

So its possible to remove the turbo leaving the manifold on the engine. Thank you

Technically yes, I personally find it easier to remove the manifold and lift it out in one lump.
The biggest problem with stock turbos are the bits that hold the cat/downpipe in place and any stays that stop movement. The bolts always tend to be stuck if they havent been off in a while.
That being said, its not a dificult job. Make sure you change the HFH when youre in there.
