rev1 to rev3 management

Hi everyone,

Can someone tell me what i need to change my rev 1 turbo management to rev 3?
Ive been told i need the following:
Rev 3 turbo ecu
Rev 3 map sensor
Rev 3 coil and ignitor
Rev 3 injectors

Is this right and how much would i expect to pay for these parts?

You'll also need a water temp sensor, rev3 injectors and IAT sensor and adaptor plate.

A 4 wire O2 sensor should be fitted, or you'll need to bodge the signal and heater circuits if you don't use a Rev3 loom.

Rev1 ignition leads are larger than Rev2+ so you'll need to sort out those.

Are you repinning the old loom or using a Rev3 loom?

Cost? Depends where and how you source the parts. We sell a whole kit inc. loom for £450. If you go searching you can probably do it cheaper.
