Bilstein
Does anyone know if the standard fit Bilstein dampers can be re-valved as per most Bilstein products ?

Not that i know of.
And since the top of the casing is welded as opposed to threaded (like UK cars), AFAIK they are sealed units.-

You could try contacting Chris Wilson (trader on the Supra forum), he rebuilds/re-valves JZA80 Supra Bilstein dampers which I believe are similar to the MR2 ones.
