Copper dissapates heat better, stick to the ones peter recommended

Iridium plugs give a much stronger spark and will last much longer than other plugs.
Copper plugs do NOT run cooler, that is all down to the heat range of the plug
Designer for turbo set ups on F1 cars, and Nitrous Oxide Systems of the USA in the 80s
