Hi Mate,
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
I have a G-Limited Auto as well
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
MANU
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
= tries to replicate a manual style of driving
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
(ie it will prob only drop 1 gear when trying to over take
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
(I have also heard that you can nock it up and down through the gears in this mode like a manual, but never tried it)
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
PWR
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
= Gives it everything and will not change gear until just before the red line.
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
and will drop to lowest possible gear when you boot it
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
(carefull this has caught me out before.
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
To keep you in the
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
"power band"
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
(approx 4500 rpm up to 6500rpm IIRC
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
The gearbox is controlled by an ECU
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
(bit like the engine) Hence its name
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
(Toyta ECT, electronicaly controlled transmission)
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
I tend to drive mine with out either of these buttons pressed though
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
(for economy reasons) and if I want a bit of poke either drop the OD off or press the PWR button
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
Is that what you where after
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
?
