Gates open at 7.30.. i am thinking meet somewhere at 7.30 get there for 8, unless people want to get there for 7.30?


Like previous years we have a separate dedicated entrance for all car clubs via Scratchers Lane. Please let all your members know they must use this entrance. If they go to the main entrance they will be put in the general public parking area. There is NO access to Brands Hatch through the main entrance off the A20 for clubs.

Below are a few things you will need to know:

* Gates Open to all car clubs at 7:30am.

* All car clubs must be in and parked on standby 9:30am.

* Car Passes MUST be displayed at all times clearly in your window.

* Once inside and on stand there is to be no movement of traffic off your stand, unless you’re signed on for Track Time.

* Don't forget to sign up for Club Vs Club Tug Of War on the day! It's FREE to enter, see Nicola or Charlotte on the day.

* Track Time: Take your own car on the track for just £25 - All you need to do is sign up for this at the Race Control building reception behind the pit lane on the day.

* Tickets on the gate are £15 CASH is you’re entering via car club entrance. Children 12 and under are Free.

* You can enjoy a sideways ride in a Drift Taxi for just £10, available to book from Hailwoods restaurant on the day.

As far as a meeting place goes I'm not too sure as I'm not very familiar with the area......

Maybe there's a large service station nearby, will do a spot of googling.
