These were taken when I bought the car last year, the only external difference is there is no longer the xxxx sticker.

Re: Rev 5 Turbo - Kent - £3950
A few other things to note.
MOT - April 2014
Tax Oct 2013
New calipers on the front
I have new calipers discs and pads for the rear.
Will sell the car separate to the extra parts listed.
Also have Willens Harnesses x 2 to include with the seats

is this on standard engine internals? is there someone on here whos clued up on turbos that can confirm what is classed as safe power for a standard engine? pretty tempted with this

Yes this is standard internals. Its basically at the limits of the standard engine. Ryan mapped it to 1.1 bar and was more than happy with it. No knock etc.
But its the torque the car produces low down which is impressive.

Please tell us all how we can tell what day a car was built.
Re: Rev 5 Turbo - Kent - £3950
the advert doesn't indicate the age of the car, i'm assuming he means that.
Re: Rev 5 Turbo - Kent - £3950
I'd say its a 1997/1998 as its on an R-reg

What ARE you on about Pete? My car was built Saturday 25/06/1994. It was a sunny afternoon, high 30's with gentle easterly breeze.
It rolled off the production line at 1354, and the build technician's name was Geoff.

Oh, is Australia the only place on the globe that the month and year of manufacture are stamped into the vehicles plate?
Thats what commonly referred to as a 'build date'. A year and month suffices for me. Calling a car a 'Rev5' gives a window of three years, no?
