Re: [Mk2] [NA] Cams
Depends on what lift and duration they are?
Re: [Mk2] [NA] Cams
Yes they will fit but you will need to find out their profile to asses if they are suitable or not.
Rev 3 N/A cams are pretty good cams already.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)

I have N/A cams in my Turbo, other than the profile the metal itself is all the same.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)

They may fit but are never going to do any good for a NA

sounds like a set backwards to me
Re: [Mk2] [NA] Cams
Have a look here, not HKS cams but a good indicator.
As you can see all cams are available for both engines, I have the TOYSGBPS270 cams for an N/A, in this spec they are quoted as giving 10bhp but the TOYGBPS270T turbo cam is totally identicle.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)

Find out what your durations are, the numbers you provided are just model numbers really, my
'270 cams' have little more than 260 duration but are called 270 to fit the model line up nicely.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
There was a good post on here a while back detailing most of the standard cam durations.
I think stock N/A rev3 cams are more aggressive than my after market ones!
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
EDIT:- in an N/A engine it is very rare to have an exhaust duration longer than the inlet.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)

Re: [Mk2] [NA] Cams
I have the Piper NA cams in my turbo too.
I have the TOYSGBP285, rather than the TOYSGBP285T.
I spoke to Piper and they said just to dial both the cams in at 110deg
(as per the recommendation for the Turbo cams).
They're essentially the same.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
