[Mk2] [Turbo] Rev 3 Turbo rocker cover - does it fit the rev 2 head?

im looking to swap the rocker covers as the rev 3 cover looks better in my opinion, will it go on a rev 2 turbo head??

I looked into to this on my engine conversion but the other way around, ie R3 head with R2 cover, the answer is yes but you need to drill and tap some new holes here and there and alter the T/B support bkt. I thought it was all simple stuff, others may not.
