[Mk2] [Turbo] Good mechanic in Romney Marsh area (south east kent)

Post by Skinny81 »

Does anyone know of a good mechanic or garage in the Romney Marsh area (south east kent) who has experience with mr2's or is just good.

I need the head gasket on my rev 1 doing as it went ages ago but i'm just too busy/lazy to do it myself. That and they are a total nightmare to work on. :/

cheers

Hi Mate,

Patrick(Headcase) is on the forums and in Kent Car Club, he has a large place in Bexhill-on-Sea which is not a million miles away from you. He does all my stuff and I travel down from C. London to get the work done.

He's a fully qualified MOT tester with 30+ years under his belt and he owns a widebody 3VZ. He is currently building a custom Mk2 Spyder with a 2GR engine, even his wife has an MK3 so he is well into MR2s and I can highly recommend him.

PM me if you want some details.

John.
