Supercharger Air filters

Recently got a 88 supercharger, had n/a's previously where I fitted a K & N 57i and liked it. Had a quick look but couldn't find much info about air filter options for superchargers, interested to hear what other people have used -

are the panel filters for n/a same as supercharger, noticed k & n + pipercross available

are the cone filters for n/a same as supercharger, from what I read so far think most people make there own piping and fit in stock location in boot

Same as MK1b NA.

Most just stick a cone filter in the boot. I did this on mine.

Yep, mine has a K&N panel filter in the standard air box

K & N panel filter is rated up to 230bhp according to K&N.

just dropped my APEXi cone into the boot today and boy i am pleased with it kept the radio turned off just to hear the suction noise amplified by the boot. rock'n'roll
