Well the Japfest organisers have now received our booking forms and payment so we are all set.

They should also be getting back to me regarding when tickets etc... are going out and clarifying if the entrance/parking situation has improved this year

I will start PM'ing everyone for their addresses when I find the enthusiasm over the next few days

Tickets will be dispatched to me two weeks before the event. I will then aim to forward these on the same day or the day after to ensure that everyone gets theirs in plenty of time

Ok well today I have already spent 2.5 hours updating the address list. It is a mammoth task to gain details from people over 5 forums and I'm not even half way through it yet!

I am trying to send everyone a PM today asking for their postal address for the tickets when I get them. If you haven't received a PM or I haven't got around to you yet then PLEASE PLEASE make my life easier and send me your addy in a PM asap.

If I don't have your address I can't send you a ticket. Without a ticket you can't go - simples! Lol.

Half the fun of it is scaring people on their doorsteps and demanding to know why they've wasted my time getting me to trace them down

Well the hit list has shrunk thankfully... I will continue to try and contact these people and get them to give me their addresses.

Failure to do so will probably result in tickets being re-allocated closer to the time as I am not going to continue to use all of my spare time chasing people when there is a waiting list... It seems mad for tickets and show space to be wasted for the sake of a two minute email...
