R888's in 275/40/17 will be the key to grip hopefully 8)

They will not grip on my sons car at 350hp and big cams. so no chance with yours

Damm.. Looks like i may have to upgrade to Syvecs then and make full use of the traction control system!

MOTEC is the best way to go
Designer for turbo set ups on F1 cars, and Nitrous Oxide Systems of the USA in the 80s

I dunno- Syvecs is looking pretty sophisticated these days, hats off to the guys- they have developed a quality all in one product that will cost you less than MoTeC once you add in the upgrades, which traction control is one of (and I am fully sold on MoTeC!) :eye:

Nooo... If i buy another ecu it will be Syvecs. Its TODAY technology, Ryan has shown me a few functions of the ecu and it does look the absolute shizz! I know motec have been around for years and are renound for being probably the best, however, syvecs has newer tech and has Mr G tuning it ;D
-Syvecs even has wifi remote tuning capabilities iirc from what Ryan was saying.. ie, if you experience problems, a syvecs tuner can remotely access the ecu via wifi, pull the logs or real-time data and adjust accordingly.

Syvecs will do everything the motec will but at half the price :thumleft:
TOTB 2010 Rwd top speed, 1/4 and shootout winner.
10.7@142 on R888 street tyres, 10.3@134mph on slicks,
9's on slicks to come, with a clean full throttle pass! Goal of 0-150mph in a 1/4 of a mile....

We will only use the best so not going to change from MOTEC.

Syvecs, thats like using Eagle rods. #-o

Have you even looked at what the syvecs offers? Used one? Seen one?

Pmsl... yea my dad is a bit stuck in his ways too,getting on a bit; he still continues to religiously shop at Salisbury even though i keep telling him Tesco is better and cheaper :mrgreen:
