Brembo mechanical spot handbrake caliper, anybody know who sells them?

I am looking to purchase a pair of brembo spot calipers however I cannot find anyone who stocks or sells them, I have no idea on price neither.



Or does anyone know of a good alternative that will fit over a 32mm wide disc?
