Top mount bearing
Can anyone tell me the number on the bearing for a mk2 front top mount. Need to source a replacement but don't want to buy the whole unit

Not available separately. It's moulded into the top mount.
Re: Top mount bearing
Is it not possible to press out the old one and then source a replacement from a bearing specialist?

As i said in my first post.
Re: Top mount bearing
Bearing number is 6302-4.
Easily pressed out, all that is required is lifting a lip and then it slips easily out.

good info
Re: Top mount bearing
it dont work! i had the correct bearing when changing my top mount so with my old top mount i attempted putting a new bearing in my knackered old top mount, but the construction of the mount means damaging the structure of the mount to get the old bearing out, for the price of a new mount it really isnt worth the time and effort of putting a new bearing in like most things its made to be replaced not repaired which is very annoying
