Tony, we picked up our cars from the importer on the same day back in 2002, I had a red rev 4 turbo.

It's a shame to see you are selling such a great motor, I hope she goes to a good home!

Cheers,
Brian

Hi Brian,

Yes I remember. What a day that was. The excitement of picking up our cars. I wonder what Julian Alison is up to these days? Got to admit he certainly found me a remarkable car.

I still have the photos you took that day and I always remember stopping near a bank in our red, white and blue cars... it attracted a lot of strange looks.

I think Julian went off to Italy a few years ago after the import market dried up.

I am getting a few questions coming through as interest picks up again.

Firstly, price is still £4500 and not negotiable.

The car will need a CAT fitted for its MOT for which the purchaser will have two options. 1) I still have the original downpipe with CAT so that can be re-fitted, 2) I have a good condition Fujitsubo twin exit exhaust that the car came with but the mid-section needs replacing that is included in the sale of the car. I got a quote from AAS of £180 for a new mid-section a couple of years ago. A sports CAT could be fitted into this at extra cost. The car is sold as seen though so I will not be fitting the CAT. If the car is still in my possession at time of MOT then I will get it MOT'd. I may have decided to keep it by then though cause I know what I'm like once I have had that adrenaline rush from the first drive of the year.
