Is the HKS BOV mounted on the intake pipe before the turbo?

I get an error message when trying to view the last video.

Looks to be on the silicone pipe connecting the turbo outlet to the hot pipe. Took a few passes to spot it though and it does look that way from the other angle

The BOV is immediately after the compressor outlet.
