Well when I de-badged my car there were two holes in the boot lid for the locating pins. I couldn't afford to have it patched up and a rear re-spray at the time so I covered it with a TRD badge.
I will eventually have it professionally filled and sprayed although it will cost some serious cash. So whilst bored and flicking through eBay I found this badge which will be very fitting given the new engine and I'm tempted to give it a whirl...

Question is - will it fit and cover the holes?
What distance apart are the holes?
What have other people stuck there in place of the original badge?

Re: UK boot holes
Don't do it, looks a bit ricer to me, people will know you've a 6 cylinder in there by the noise
Have a crack at filling the holes yourself and spray it. Should cost no more than £30 in bits and a days work

+1
each to their own but i think the badge looks cheap and nasty, if you have metalic paint get a pro to do it as blending it in will stick out more than leaving the holes there, if you have solid paint it will be pretty easy to get a decent finish

Your probably right
I will just leave it until I can afford to have the back professionally sorted out and resprayed. I need to have the aerial hole filled properly anyway

Re: UK boot holes
I'd leave the TRD badge on there mate till you can get the holes filled. Probably around £200 for the boot filled and painted.
