I was mad for the rev 5 spoiler for ages. Now I have a genuine rev5 I'm not sure the spoiler suits the car that much...

Rev5 looks great for hard parking, chased one for years and found one...

It waggles around at 'motorway' speeds, (Yes, its genuine)

I still prefer the look over rev3 which is solid as a rock - really dislike three piece rev1.

But for this car - why would that be done, leads one to suspect that something untoward has happened to the car.

It may be something as simple as looks cool but waggly rev5 was pinched, but without explanation could mean car was massively ar$e ended.

That's why i'm having a really hard time deciding whether to remove mine, weld up the rear quarters, and fit a TRD spoiler

Is this the price of rev5's now then? Seems like a nice cheap car to me, bargain in fact.

Has he actually drilled the quarters? Doesn't mention it and I couldn't see it in the pictures? If not it really shouldn't be an issue as rev5 spoilers come up for sale often enough.

Having had a rev5 spoiler I have to disagree with it being wobbly on the motorway. Perhaps the bolts for the center blade are loose?

Its just the centre of it that wobbles, but i'll take the end caps off anyway and have a look.
