[Mk2] [NA] Wheel nuts - it ought to be easy.

Post by Alasdair Mair »

In need of new wheel nuts to fit my new wheels as the standard MR2 nuts are too large in diameter and the new wheels required redius seat nuts. I assumed this would take 5 minutes on ebay to find... as it turns out not many people like to make M12x1.5 nuts with a radius seat. Anyone had similar experience? OR even better, anyone know where i can find a set? Thanks in advance

You're sure you don't just need conical nuts? Very common and I'd say 99% of them will fit 99% of aftermarket alloys.

I considered that but i cant be sure because the mating face of the wheel matches the profile of a radius seat nut. WedsSport SA-90's if that helps anyone advise me.

If it's just a set of standard aftermarket wheel nuts you need, I have a set of brand new ones here :thumleft:

There's a set of SA-90s on driftworks. Ask the seller.

You can get ones like this on ebay but the ones I needed for mine required the flare of the nut to be a bit higher than midway up so i needed to have some milled down to suit, are yours like that?
