Yep defo, conversion is done, just keep tabs on ebay for a cheap set of import lights :thumleft:

yea im sure ill find some ive had quite a bit of luck with this car so far (touch wood lol) well barring cam belt catastrophe :S

Great looking car.

You can always do what I did and remove the UK half-moon reflectors. Requires the use of an oven and some patience! Completely remove the red section, take out the reflector, and then put the red bit back.

This guide is great for the oven technique (although you don't remove the orange bit):

It looks a bit daunting but once you start and are methodical & careful it isn't that hard. When you put them back together thin out the mastic first as they go back together better. If the lights don't come apart easily then they are not hot enough (10 minutes at a time in the oven). Don't force anything unlike my first attempt when I cracked the red bit. My advice is to start at the end nearest the orange part.

well ive finally got some seats after debating over celica gen 7 roadster or re-trim on standards i finally bought these

for the grand old sum of ..............£80 + 35 p+p very happy as there is only a slight scuffing on drivers bolster which will be straight in for a re-die as soon as they arrive :)

now comes the fun part fitting the buggers and cutting up the subframes on my originals lol which are going in the wifes corsa :P

another little update as ive just had some pedals fitted due to the rubber grips being warn away they were just some e-tech 1s but look and feel the part :), anyway my foot rest looked pants and could only find 1's with holes drilled in them but found a guy on ebay who makes them and this is what he has come up with :) very very happy

yup its my black import roof lining, sun visors, and all the roof plastics :) all bought from glen n off here and it is all totally immaculate :)

there not roadster seats bud there gen 7 celica seats :P

belive it or not mate off ebay the lad had them on for really cheap i asked if he had a buy it now he said £65 posted ? so i snapped his hand off and when they arrived they were stamped and genuine

so winner lol

Lucky dog!

Looking forward to seats write up all the same. Heard mixed reviews about how comfy the celica ones are on long journeys & about seat height relative to the incredibly low stock seats.
