Previous sale clears up why it's so cheap. If its too cheap then there's always something wrong.

Ahhhh, makes sense. The car isnt "77,000 km (~48,000 mls)" as stated as the speedo wasnt working.

its a kinda magic....as original for sale thread on here was
Mileage 95k approx. due to speedo not working

Accident damage ...

Had front end damage professionally repaired. Body work not too bad but has had vandalized spoiler and boot lid that I replaced with fiberglass spoiler that has since split and needs a respray. Also have spolierless bootlid. Failed MOT for the first time with rust on sill which was patched but not resprayed. Has sratch on roof but can be buffed out.

So in the past year its been bought by RA motors and sold to this owner, but has lost some miles along the way. Anybody seen the film 'Ferris Beulers day off'?
I personally really dislike the black stripe through the middle of the sonic shadow.
As for rusty sills, ive seen a few rev4/5's with this problem :-k

Hi all,
This car was purchased by a local chap who was after a cheap tintop turbo at the time. He had it several months before selling it on ebay to this seller i think. All in all its not a bad car really for the price. It is a genuine rev5 tubby and with a bit of £'s spent on it would be sound car.

NEVER was or has been in my possession.

Cheers

Hmm dont know how to take that comment.

Its a simple case of people seeing the milage on the clocks and thinking its KM's instead of Miles...

Cheers

I've now updated the listing on eBay with the information from the sale thread linked to above, not in my interests to be dishonest!

The reason I'm selling the car after 4 months is simply because at present I'm running five cars and I'm being forced to move house (landlord is selling my current house and kicking us out!) and the new place we're going to doesn't have room for that many cars.

I've done hardly any miles in the car, and I certainly haven't changed the mileage on the clocks or anything.

The HPI check I did when I bought it didn't highlight any of this stuff, and there was no mention of accident damage or speedo problems on the eBay listing I bought it from :(

Hi mate,
The car will be hpi clear. Cars only get listed on hpi if they are 'written off' which your car was not.
