I have to say its a nice looking car.. Love the IC in rear bumper, that is sexy.. But im sorry.. £24,000 for an MR2, 9 second or not... You would have to be smoking crack to pay that money.. Especially considering its done "800"
drag runs! and no dyno sheets, no drag slips, not even engine pics of this 900bhp beast?
Besides i think any one who is enough of an enthusiast to spend to 25 grand on a two is going to be building there own..

Kind of fancy going and asking to take it for a test drive just for a blast..

Relisted, now with added "Super Fusion Charge Cooler" goodness. I wonder what happens when it reaches 88mph.. :-k

Those 255s on the fronts must rub like hell. Not going to end well in a tank slapper situation...

He also has the cheek to make grateful reference to the the person his ET claims essentially mock later in the ad!

People eh....

The bit I was most interested in was the super fusion chargecooler! I wondered if it was some elaborate LN2 setup.

Sounds like this chap has a history here.

Xxxx said he's entering a car @ totb at the weekend last time I spoke to him, not sure if it is this one though.

You would imagine that such a car would have attracted a lot of interest when it ran. So there should be more than a few videos out there for all to see. Yet there seems to be none... :-k

its worth 25K just for having something called "super fusion" in it
What a load of "pony and trap"
Buy my rev 1 with warp drive fitted - no photos needed because we've all seen startrek so know what it is. Oh and Startreks a fact based documentry isnt it?
Sorry if this seems a bit over the top but there is some one posting on this thread that actually did have a nine second car and the paper work to prove it AND did a massive write up with pictures of the cars development.
So if youve got 25 K to spare go see Century motorsport and ask them to build a 9 second car.

The only one mr2 in the world with this spec and looks, please understand you will be asked to sign a liability agreement before purchase due to the power of the vehicle I will not be held responsible for any loss damage accured through mis-use.

That made me laugh, it's from another one, only £18k but apparently 770bhp: CLICK

Must admit, I really love the look of it.

I had a video of the gold/red version from totb about 4/5 years ago, ran about 11 seconds and that was with the engine blowing about half way on the first run.
